Storms cause election day damage
A tornado in southern Bledsoe County was ruled out by the National Weather Service in Morristown early Tuesday morning, November 6, according to NWS meteorologist Sam Roberts. He added the surveyor who traveled to Bledsoe on Tuesday estimated straight line winds of 60-85 mph swept through the area, snapping trees and utility poles, shredding roof tops and other damage.
