The future of the new Bledsoe County Health Department is not as set in stone as once thought, after Mayor Gregg Ridley made a plea to the Bledsoe County Board of Education to exchange a piece of land on Frazier Street for the Board’s land adjacent to the Barnyard Playground on South Main Street.
