Randy W. Billingsley

Randy W. Billingsley, 58, peacefully passed away on Monday, May 8, 2017, surrounded by his family at his home in Fairfield, California.

He was born May 10, 1958 in Chattanooga to Billy and Janice Billingsley. He married his wife, Edith Billingsley, on May 9, 1985 in Odense, Denmark.

Randy was a Veteran of 20 years with the U.S. Army. During his service, Randy worked as Military Police for 11 years and a Recruiter for nine years. Post-military service he worked as a youth counselor for 15 years at the Solano Juvenile Detention Facility.

Randy enjoyed golfing, camping, boating, riding motorcycles, and watching Tennessee Vols football. Most of all, he loved to spend time with his family.

He is survived by his wife, Edith Billingsley; daughter and son, Katherine and Shon Billingsley; close family and friends from Fairfield, California, Reno, Nevada, and Pikeville, Tennessee.

Masonic Funeral Service was held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24, and Interment followed at 1:00 p.m. at the Sacramento Valley National Cemetery.
