Spay-neuter clinic offered

Volunteers with the Second Chance Pet Group has modified its procedures for Pikeville-Dunlap due to scheduling problems with one of its clinic providers. The new process involves various surgery days at various clinics. Please call 554-4442 to discuss your spay and neuter needs. Leave your name, phone number, best time of day to reach you and what services are needed. Volunteers will discuss your needs and make appointments.
