The meeting starts at 6:00 p.m. Come meet them and help as they work to build an animal shelter for the Sequatchie Valley. BT1S2

    Luminary-Frostbite Volunteer Fire Department’s first Saturday fundraiser lunch has been moved to¬†Saturday, January 13¬†from 1 to 4 p.m. EST due to extreme cold weather. Lunch will include one meat, two vegetables, one side item (if available), bread, dessert and a non-alcoholic beverage. Proceeds will help support the department and community-supporting activities. Everyone is invited.

    Legal Aid of East Tennessee (LAET) representatives are coming to Pikevlle on Tuesday, January 30 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bledsoe County Courthouse. If you are having legal problems, you may qualify for free legal assistance with housing/mortgage/foreclosure; consumer; health/benefits/food stamps; family; unemployment; or senior.
