Value Added Beef Workshop is November 29th

UT-TSU Extension Bledsoe County and UTIA Center for Profitable Agriculture is conducting a workshop on Tuesday, November 29 at 6:00 p.m. at the Bledsoe County Middle School. This workshop is a “scratch the surface” session for value-added beef and covers issues related to selling meat cuts or live animals for custom harvest. It introduces participants to some of the basic regulations, marketing concepts and publications related to direct marketing beef. The workshop is designed to cover the basics and provides great opportunity for more specific and detailed Q&A. A meal is being provided, all who are interested are invited to attend.
