Kindergarten parent orientation at Pikeville Elementary is Thursday, August 1 at 6:00 p.m. A parent or representative must attend if their child is enrolled in the program. Come meet the principal an teachers, hear about expectations and routines, student phase-in schedule, required forms, plus questions and answers. It is not necessary for students to attend. The Pikeville Group of Alcoholics Anonymous meets at First Southern Baptist Church, 2827 Main Street, Pikeville for Big Book Study at 5:00 p.m. Mondays and 12 Steps & 12 Traditions book study at 5:00 p.m. Saturdays in the lower level of the church.
