Around 200 Animals rescued in cruelty case

UPDATE: Nearly 200 dogs and cats have been rescued in Bledsoe County by the Humane Society of the United States. Reel seeks transfer back to classroom

Bledsoe County Middle School Principal Melissa Reel requested a transfer back to her high school English position just before the school year began, effectively resigning her recently appointed position as principal. Commission approves 18-cent property tax increase

    Kindergarten parent orientation at Pikeville Elementary is Thursday, August 1 at 6:00 p.m. A parent or representative must attend if their child is enrolled in the program. Come meet the principal an teachers, hear about expectations and routines, student phase-in schedule, required forms, plus questions and answers. It is not necessary for students to attend.
