Lusk bridge replacement expected to open in May

The replacement of a bridge labeled as structurally deficient by the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) on Old State Highway 28 in the Lusk Community has been completed other than the paving portion, according to Conda Hysell with the Bledsoe County Highway Department.
