Rogers body found, Sullivan charged with criminal homicide

     Thomas Rogers, 30, of Pikeville, was found dead on Valley View Road Tuesday evening, April 24, Bledsoe County Sheriff Jimmy Morris confirmed.      Morris said Rogers’ body was found by Deputy Jack Durham. SROs and deputies in active shooter training
