Anita Gifford, 68, of Pikeville, Tennessee, died Thursday, March 30, 2023.

She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy in Pikeville. She was a former employee of Dura Automotive and the former owner of Gifford’s Antiques Past & Present. She loved to sew, quilt, visit flea markets and trade.

She was preceded in death by her father, Estelle Lee Creason; sister, Ellen Bennett; and brothers, Delmer and Timmy Creason.

She is survived by her husband of 49-1/2 years, Jimmy Gifford, of Pikeville; children, David (Angie) Gifford and Adam (Jennifer) Gifford, all of Pikeville, grandchildren, Jonathan (Jordan) Gifford, Clint (Carly) Gifford, Chasity Brock, Dylan Gifford, Harley Gifford, Dalton Gifford and Sophia Gifford; great-grandchildren, Trinity Gifford, Newt Gifford, Kimberly Gifford, Faith Gifford, John Gifford, Luke Gifford and Emma Pell; mother, Charlotte Creason, of Pikeville; aunts, Jeanette Davis of Dayton and Rita Farley of Pikeville; and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Monday, April 3, at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Doyle Ashburn officiating. Burial will be in Iron Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, April 2, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Monday, April 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
