Paving on the horizon for portion of Main Street

For many years now, those traveling Main Street in Pikeville have experienced a washboard and pothole riddled roadway from the northern bypass to the columns entering the historic district of town. On October 17, reconstruction and paving of the roadway will begin, announced Mayor Philip “Winky” Cagle.
