Jerry Clyde Daggett

Jerry Clyde Daggett, 71, of Elyria, Ohio and formerly of Pikeville, Tennessee, entered the presence of the Lord on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 while surrounded by his loving family. Jerry was born November 24, 1949 in Pikeville to

Dewey and Estamae (nee Steakley) Daggett.

Jerry was a hardworking and loving man, who enjoyed spending time with his family. He worked as a crane operator at various foundries for 47 years, eventually retiring from the Elyria Foundry. Jerry enjoyed anything mechanical and loved to shop for new items of interest on Amazon. His favorites were his large model train set up in the basement of his home and anything that was remote controlled devices.

He is preceded in death by his father, Dewey Daggett.

Jerry leaves behind his memories to be cherished by his beloved wife of 27 years Barbara (nee Kohl) Daggett; loving children, Rick Daggett, Jerry L. (Amy) Daggett, Terry “Bo” (Tracy) Daggett, Chi Ann Miller, James (Brenda) Wolfe and Tommy Wolfe; cherished grandchildren, Stacey, Courtney, Kastarie, Cassie (Casey) Jerry Lee II (Jenny), Kelsey (Cideri), Benjamin, Zachary, Amy, T.J., Austin, Jessica, Kathleen and Maya ; twelve great grandchildren; his mother, Estamae Daggett; siblings, Willene Pridemore and Dennis (Julie) Daggett; and several nieces and nephews who loved him very much.

Funeral Services were held Tuesday, September 28, at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. James Daggett officiating. Burial was in Cagle Cemetery.
