Your mom was the best! I have no memories of baseball without her. She was a hands-on coach who loved all her girls and, she taught us to play hard and always give 100%! I remember one time we were in the Willoughby Tournament at Todd Field. It was so hot and we had a break in between games so the team went to the river and started floating down stream to cool off. All of a sudden your mom ran down to the river and yelled hurry our game was switched and we are playing now. We all got out soaking wet and ran to the field. Your mom just laughed. She knew how to coach, but she knew that we needed to have fun along the way. Anyone who knew her loved her! She will be missed by me and my sisters!
