Wilma Joyce Freeman, 76, of Pikeville, Tennessee died Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at her home.
Joyce loved her family more than anything, enjoyed baking, and cooking, especially her Gumbo, and was loved by all who knew her. She was a member of Mora Baptist Church in Louisiana, and worked at Ferro, Johnson Control, and Dura for 20 years.
Preceding Joyce in death were her parents, Wilmer and Verma Bolton Cedars; brothers, Ronald and Donald Cedars; grandson, Steve Freeman.
Left behind to cherish her memory are her daughter, Rebekah (Willard Stewart) Smith; sons, Sandy (Ginger) Freeman, Scott (Donna) Freeman; grandchildren, Stephen (Angela), Shayna, Zachary (Amy), Sara, Micayla (Cody), Corey (Katie); great-grandchildren, Aaliyah, Luke, Teagan, Taelyn, Emma, Eli, Chesnee; great-great-grandson, Grayson; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
A celebration of life was held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, April 16, in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Matt Lockhart officiating. Burial was in Rankin Cemetery.
