City secures fire truck funding

The City of Pikeville received a $114,000 grant and will use a $1.1 million loan to purchase a 100-foot ladder fire truck with a pump, according to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Tennessee Rural Development State Director Jim Tracy.
