Michelle Verene Barnes

Michelle Verene Barnes, 60 of Crossville, Tennessee died Friday, September 4, 2020 at her home with family by her side.

Michelle was a Professional Athlete and took third place in World Crossfit in 2015. She was an insurance agent with All State and owned her own business. Michelle was a member of Redemption Church of Crossville, and enjoyed barrel racing and breeding horses.

Survivors include her husband of 25 years, Randall Lee Turner Barnes; parents, Jerry, Sr. and Ann Wilson Friz of Washington; daughters, Gabriel (Hamilton) Troche of Tennessee, Jennifer (Kendall) Billman of Oklahoma; sons, Patrick (Mandy) Barnes, Christopher (Vanessa) Barnes, both of Alaska; brother, Jerry Friz, Jr.; sisters, Deb (Jesse) Naylor, Kym Frantz, Kristi (Jamey) Zipay, all of Washington; 14 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

There will be a private memorial service at a later date.
