Levi Johnson

Levi Johnson, 96, of Pikeville, Tennessee, died June 6, 2020.

He was a member of Brockdell Church of God, where he was the Sunday Superintendent for over 50 years. He liked to play checkers and color, and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Johnson; son, Tim Johnson; granddaughter, Sherri Howser; and several brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his children, Phyllis (Leroy) Lies of Graysville, Treva (Ronnie) Holloway of Tullahoma, Robin (Steve) Taylor of Dunlap, and legal guardian of great-grandchildren, Kali and Tayah Savage; grandchildren, Chris Howser, Chad (Kindall) Johnson, Sasha (Daniel) Johnson, Jeremiah (Tammy) Holloway, Adam (Kim) Johnson, Destiney (Wesley) Bouget, Levi (Paige) Taylor; step-grandchildren, Angie (Jeff) Dennison, Sonia Mainord; several great-grandchildren; brother, Dennis (Mary) Johnson; daughter-in-law, Cliffelene Johnson; sister-in-law, Lella Johnson; and several nieces and nephews .

Funeral Services were held Tuesday, June 9, at 1:00 p.m. at Brockdell Church of God. Burial was in Cagle Cemetery.
