Man following woman, lewd gestures lead to arrest

A Pikeville man was arrested in Cumberland County after allegedly making lewd gestures to a woman at a gas station in Pikeville and then following her to Cumberland County on US Highway 127, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office arrest report.

Tyler Lamparter, 24, allegedly made lewd gestures at the unnamed woman at a gas station in Pikeville.
