Thomas Virgil Britt

Thomas Virgil Britt, 69, of Graysville, Tennessee died March 17, 2020.

He enjoyed walking, going to the park, fishing, watching wrestling and baseball. Tommy worked 40 years at La-Z-Boy running the miter saw. He attended Graysville Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Preceding Tommy in death were his first wife, Sally Corvin Britt; parents, Virgil and Hassie Mae Bowman Britt, brothers, Randell and David Britt; and sister, Martha Sue Freeman.

Survivors include his wife of 28 years, Susan Renee Sneed Britt; sons, Robbie (Amber) Davenport and Justin Davenport;  grandchildren; Bella Davenport and Jeffrey Cross; sister, Wanda (Jerry) Stowers; brother, Jerry (JoAnn) Britt; nieces, Kathy Skiles (Jeff) Smith, Karen (Alan) Pack, Jerica (Nathan) Walker; nephews Matthew Tucker and Marcus Britt; several cousins and a host of friends.

A celebration of life was held 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 22, in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Don Richards officiating.  Burial was in Bethel Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to Pikeville Funeral Home to help with final expenses.
