Bledsoe County Health Council is undertaking a Community Health Assessment (CHA) to identify areas where the county excels and lacks regarding different health categories. The CHA is a process where rural counties seek to identify their strengths and address the needs of the community.
The Council created an online survey for residents of the county to fill out that gathers their perceptions of the community’s health problems. It can be completed by going to www.surveygizmo.com/s3/5449848/CHA-Community-Survey-1.
