Coy Worthington

Coy Lee Worthington, 78, of Pikeville, Tennessee, died Wednesday, September 4, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy and Jane Worthington; brothers, Hollis, Arlis, Ted and Charles Worthington; sisters, Novella Bedwell, Willie Grace Lane, Virginia Worthington, and Dorothy Worthington; and several nieces and nephews.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Johnson; grandson, Thomas Johnson; granddaughter, Saylah Johnson; sister, Gladys Heard; and brother, Carlos Worthington.

Funeral services were held Saturday, September 7, at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Worthington

Cemetery.
