Crystal Annette Lewis

Crystal Annette Lewis, 40 of Pikeville, Tennessee died Tuesday, February 20, 2019.

Crystal enjoyed taking pictures, loved the beach, riding roller coasters and water rafting with her children. She was of the Church of God faith, was a loving mother, daughter, granddaughter, and friend. Crystal was a 1997 graduate of Bledsoe County High School where she was a cheerleader for four years and served as captain her senior year. She was employed at Cumberland Medical Center in Labor and Delivery as a surgical tech.

Preceding her in death were her brother, Steve Lewis, Jr.; grandmother, Christine Warren; grandfather, Leon Tollett.

Survivors include her parents, Steven W. and Connie Annette Warren Lewis; sons, Austin and Logan Watson; daughter, Arica Watson; grandmother, Hazel Tollett; grandfather, Paul Warren; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends.

A celebration of life was held Sunday, February 24 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Donnie Lawson officiating. Burial was in McDowell Cemetery. Those serving as pallbearers are Billy Akins, Richard Edmons, Chris Thurman, Brad Hale, Mitch Walker, and Jason Reel.

    Hello, Mr and Mrs. Lewis! This is Letisha Wheeler-Wilds. I am not for sure if you remember me but I am R.J. and Renee Wheeler’s middle daughter. i was friends with Crystal during the time we lived in Pikeville.

    My heart was broken today when my parents contacted me and told me about Crystal. I am truly sorry for your heart wrenching loss as well as for her children and the rest of your family. i will be remembering you all in my prayers and if I can do anything for you, please let me know,
