James Robert Brewer

James Robert Brewer, 68, of Pikeville, Tennessee, died Monday morning, January 28, 2019 at his home.

He was a member of New Hope The Baptist Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Nellie Mae Hubbard Brewer; sister, Myrtle Lee Burgess; and brothers, Charles Leslie Brewer and Hubert Ray Brewer.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Reagan Brewer; sons, James Lee (Nicci) Brewer and Jesse Lynn (Michelle) Brewer; daughter, Julie Mae Brewer; four grandchildren, James Andrew Brewer, Jocelyn Jones Brewer, Abigail Lynn Brewer and Owen Lee Brewer; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 31, at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Eric Woods and Bro. Barry Whittaker officiating. Burial will be in Beach Cemetery.

Visitation is Wednesday, January 30, from noon to 8:00 p.m. and Thursday from 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
