Ridleys sue over rezoning denial

After the City of Pikeville and its Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) denied Gregg Ridley’s request to rezone his personal property within the city limits from residential to commercial, Ridley and his wife, Becky, filed a lawsuit against the City of Pikeville and its Zoning Board in Bledsoe County Chancery Court.

The Ridley property is located at the corner of East Railroad Avenue and Cumberland Avenue, and was purchased in December 2016 for $30,000.
