Martin granted clemency by Gov. Haslam

Nearly 14 years after being found guilty of murdering her father, Michele Lea Martin, will be released from prison later this year. She was granted executive clemency by Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam last Thursday, July 26.

Martin, now 38, plead guilty to the 2001 second degree murder of her father, Michael E. Martin, 62 at the time, of Spring City.
