Board denies most allegations in lawsuit

The Bledsoe County Board of Education, and Director Jennifer Terry through her attorneys, deny the majority of the allegations contained in a lawsuit filed by a mother on behalf of her minor daughter last month in Chattanooga’s U.S. Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
