Suspect wrecks after pursuit, in custody

     A man has been taken into custody near the intersection of New Harmony Road and Wooden Loop on Dayton mountain, according to Bledsoe County Sheriff Jimmy Morris.

     The arrest followed a police chase that started in Dayton and brief on foot pursuit after he flipped his vehicle and ran away from the scene, according to scanner reports. 

     Bledsoe County Rescue Squad, EMS, Bledsoe and Rhea County officers are on scene.
