Guardrail ends being replaced

Crews in Bledsoe County have been working to remove controversial guardrail ends Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT) Commissioner John Schroer said “[do] not provide adequate protection of motorists,” according to TDOT Region 2 Community Relations Officer Jennifer Flynn.
