Eller appeals Board’s decision

Jennifer Eller, a tenured teacher who allegedly struck a child while teaching pre-k special education at Pikeville Elementary on January 23, 2017, appealed to the Board of Education on Monday, October 23 to reverse the decision to terminate her job.
