Authorities responding to overturned vehicle on Big Spring Gap Rd.
Authorities are responding to a car that has reportedly flipped onto its top near the intersection of Big Spring Gap Rd. and Valley View Rd.
The driver reportedly fled the scene, according to E-911 dispatch.
