Daisy May Nail, 73, of Pikeville, died Wednesday, May 3, 2017.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Maude and Arthur Evans; brothers, Gene Allen Morgan, Jimmy, Johnny, Arthur, and Carliss Evans; and sisters, Sue Holland and Marlene Knowles.
She is survived by her husband, Allison D. Nail; daughter, Joan (Rick) Matzelle; son, Robert Nail; grandson, Christopher Pursley; and brother, Sammy (Pat) Evans, Dayton.

Luther Ray Pendergrass
Luther Ray Pendergrass, 75, of Evensville, died Thursday, May 4, 2017.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harris Pendergrass and Elizabeth Hurd Pendergrass; sisters, Joy McRoy and Sarah Campbell; and brothers, Tony Price and Harris C. Pendergrass.
He is survived by his wife, Mabel K. Pendergrass of Evensville; son, Ray Pendergrass of Greer, South Carolina; daughter, Beth Pendergrass Davis of Rutherfordton, North Carolina; three grandchildren, Samantha Dodson, Zach Pendergrass and Hannah Pendergrass; sisters, Marilee Debord of Auburndale, Florida and Margaret Smith of Hixson; and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held Monday, May 8 at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Rev. William R. Boyd, Sr. officiating. Burial was in Humble Cemetery.
