Mildred Capps Blackwell
Mildred Capps Blackwell, 78, of Tunnel Hill, Georgia passed away in her home on Friday, September 16, 2016.
She was born in Bledsoe County on October 2, 1937 to George and Valerie Capps.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, George and Valerie Capps; and her husband, Bill Blackwell.
She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda McClary of Tunnel Hill, Georgia; step-children; step-grandchildren; one brother, Boots (Jewell) Capps of Graysville; several nieces and nephews; and dear neighbors, Gail and Jim Clayton and family.
Services were held September 19, at 1:00 in the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
