Judy Rash

Judy Rash, 69, of Pikeville died Friday, May 13, 2016.

She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Wilderness Fellowship Church. She was an LPN where she worked at Bledsoe County Nursing Home and Sequatchie County Hospital. She was also the owner of Nursing Systems Staffing Company for 12 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hank and Ann Abston; and brother, LeAllen McConnell.

Survivors include her sons, Lonny (Linda) Shattuck, Calamesa, California; Jeffrey Shattuck, McDonald,; two grandchildren, Cecilia Shattuck and Michael Shattuck; siblings, Linda (Tony) DeWind, Pikeville, Terry (Jay) Wood, Albany, Georgia, Dianne (Jim) Jeter, Panama City, Florida, Charmayne (Terry) Leard, Marietta, Georgia, Lori (Jeff) Quick, Pikeville; and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held Tuesday, May 16 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Barry Mellor officiating. Burial was in Dodson Cemetery.
