Leonard Rothwell

Leonard Rothwell, 73, died Thursday, March 10, 2016 at the Erlanger Bledsoe Hospital in Pikeville.

A lifetime resident of this area, he was the son of the late Frank and Nola Fann Rothwell, and was one of 11 children.  Leonard was a graduate of Bledsoe County High School.  He was of the Protestant faith.

Leonard was preceded in death by his wife Jewell A. Rothwell; son Eugene Rothwell; son-in-law James Tarver; granddaughter Kayla Renee Rothwell;, and brothers and sisters.

Survivors include his sons Jeffrey Rothwell and Timothy (Jennifer) Rothwell both of Spring City; daughter Beverly Tarver of Pikeville; brother Lynn Rothwell of Dayton; sister Anita Daniels of Dayton; grandchildren Zach Tarver, Sebastian Rothwell, Spencer Hegarty, Meagan Hitchcox and Tyler Hitchcox, Maverick Rothwell; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held Monday, March 14, in the Dunn Cemetery in Bledsoe County with Min. Bobby Collier officiating.
