William Edward Roberson

William Edward (Billy) Roberson, 80, of Pikeville, went home to be with the Lord on March 8, 2016. 

Billy was preceded in death by parents, Paul Woodrow and Burnice Imogene Smith Roberson; and nephew, Roger Lee Roberson.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his sisters, Margaret (Sanford) Brewer of Pikeville, Frances (Dwight) Thompson of Dunlap; uncle, William Perry Smith of Red Bank; nieces, Brenda Douglas, Sonya Robinson, Robin London, all of Pikeville, and Debra Reed of Whitwell; nephew, Ricky Lee Atterton, South Pittsburg; several great nieces, nephews, and many friends.

A Celebration of Billy’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 10 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Bill Wolfe officiating. The family will receive friends 2:00-9:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 9. Burial will be Collier Cemetery.
