Amber Lynn Everett-Humphrey

Amber Lynn Everett-Humphrey, 27, of Pikeville passed away on May 7, 2015.

She enjoyed riding horses, listening to music, fishing, and working on automobiles. She was currently working on obtaining her degree in auto mechanics and had aspirations of one day working as an ASE certified technician. She was an outgoing, free spirited person who never met a stranger and will be greatly missed by those that knew her.

  She was preceded in death by her father, Bobbie Everett; paternal grandparents, Dow and Susie Hancock Everett; maternal grandmother, Wilma Ryder; aunts, Lila Belle, Geraldine, Maxine Allan, and Diane “Annie;” uncles, Billy and Larry Everett; and her special mom, Jackie Morris.

She is survived and will be missed by her daughter, Shayla Jaclyn Everett; sisters, Glenda, Patricia, Betty, Bonnie, Susan, Shirley, Helen, Sandy, and Crissy; brothers, Robert, Richard, and Johnathan; special dad, Randall Morris; special brothers, Jimmy and Lee Morris; uncles, Lonnie and Gary Everett; aunts, Mary McDowell, Charlotte Burgess, Linda Smith, Martha McKechnie, Brenda Powell, Shirley Evitt, and Lydia Griffith; and her mother, Leslie Burke; nieces, Alana, Kamry, and Jenna Holland, and Caylin Bledsoe; special cousins, Mike, Katie and Jessie Morris; and many other friends and relatives.

A Celebration of Amber’s life was held graveside on Tuesday, May 12 at 2 p.m. with Bro. Gary Everett officiating.
