Diane Rose Gibson

Diane Rose Gibson, 60, of Pikeville, passed away on March 11, 2015.

She worked as an CNA and enjoyed caring for others. She also worked as a store clerk at Piggly Wiggly. She was of the Methodist faith. Some of her favorite pastimes were spent camping and riding 4-wheelers. She also enjoyed collecting things, such as tin and frogs. She loved animals and kids. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Edwin Osbon, Sr., and Arline Hursong Osbon; and a brother, David Raymond Osbon.

Left behind to cherish Diane’s memory are her husband, Tad Gibson, Pikeville; son, Dale Robert (Teresa) Masterson, Kentucky; brother, Raymond Edwin (Beverly) Osbon, Marietta, Georgia; sisters, Ruth Evelyn Wilder, Gunbarrel City, Texas, and Brenda Hadley, Powder Springs, Georgia; grandchildren, Zachary, Shelby, and Matthew Masterson, and Alexis Chastain; great-granddaughter, Paisley Wit.

A Celebration of Diane’s Life will be held on Saturday March 14, at noon. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m.-noon prior to service.
