Donald Gaydon

Donald Gaydon, 60, of Pikeville went home to be with the Lord on August 2, 2014.

He was of the Baptist faith and attended Lee Station Baptist Church. Donald loved the outdoors. He especially liked to fish. He was a truck driver for most of his adult life.

He was preceded in death by his father, Carter Leon Gaydon; a daughter, Wendy Diane Gaydon; and infant brother, Cleon Gaydon.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his wife, Karen Gaydon; son, Joseph Gaydon; three brothers, Bobby, Carter and John Gaydon; mother, Doris Gaydon; several nieces and nephews; and many dear friends.

A Celebration of Donald’s Life was held on Monday, August 4, at 6:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Bill Wolfe officiating.
