Beulah Ruth Fann

Beulah Ruth Fann, 91, of Pikeville passed away on August 28, 2013. She was a member of the Sequatchie Valley Church of Christ. She was born on July 6, 1922 to the late Lee and Lois Pendergrass. 

Ruth enjoyed sewing, planting and tending to flowers. She sold Avon for over 40 years. Ruth worked as a sewing machine operator for many years. She helped in the Bledsoe County Florist and Angel’s Flowers.

She is survived by and will be missed by her sons and daughters-in-law, Tommy (Patsy) Fann, Eugene “Sonny” (Cile) Pendergrass, both of Pikeville, and Henry (Agnes) Pendergrass of Lewisburg; a daughter and her husband, Carolyn (Von) Dunn of Evansville; 12 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many special friends.

Services were held in the funeral home chapel with Minister Wesley Garland on September 1. Burial was in the Humble Cemetery.
