Hazel Johnson

Hazel Johnson, 94, formerly of Pikeville died Thursday, June 13, 2013. She was a long-time florist in Ohio and Tennessee.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Johnson; and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews in Tennessee and Ohio.

Funeral services were held Sunday, June 16 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Doyle Ashburn officiating. Burial was in Rainey-Dill Cemetery.
