Novella Britt

Novella Britt, 83, of Dayton, died Sunday, December 9, 2012. She was of the Baptist faith.

Britt was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Britt; and brother, Tommy Pelfrey.

Survivors include her daughter, Shirley Riggs of Pikeville; two grandchildren, Angie (Thomas) Swafford of Pikeville and Tim Riggs of Dayton; three great-grandchildren Jessy and D.J. Riggs, and McKenna Swafford; one great-great-grandson, Oaklee Woolfrom; niece Jan Leeman and nephew John Pelfrey.

Services were held Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Tim WIlkey officiating. A private burial will be held at a later date.
