Kirk Allen Kerley

Kirk Allen Kerley, 48, of Pikeville passed away on Tuesday June 5, 2012 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was of the Baptist faith. He was employed with La-Z-Boy, but his true passion was farming. He loved the outdoors. Some of his favorite moments were spent hunting and fishing with family and friends.

He is survived and will be dearly missed by his wife, Teresa; daughter, Whitney Ann Kerley of Los Angeles, California; parents, Olin (Linda) Kerley; brothers, Keith (Donna) Kerley and George (Candace) Kerley; nieces, Madison and Mercedes; several aunts, uncles and many special friends.

A celebration of his life was held in the funeral home chapel June 9 officiated by Bro. Wayne Wicker. Burial was in Tollett Cemetery.
