Elizabeth Brown
Elizabeth Brown, 82, of Pikeville, died Tuesday, August 16, 2011.
She was a nurse for 50 plus years, a member of First Southern Baptist Church, a 1947 graduate of BCHS, a member of the Business and Professional Women’s Club and Cold Springs FCE Club.
Preceding her in death was her husband Clarence Brown, and she died the same day as her sister Billie Sue Blaylock.
Survivors include daughter Susan Roberson of Soddy Daisy; son Bill (Brenda) Brown of Pikeville; two grandchildren, Caroline and Jr. Brown; sister Nellie (L.G.) Bayless of Alabama; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services were held August 19 in the funeral home chapel with burial following in Frazier Cemetery.
