Frances B. Farmer

Frances B. Farmer, 90, of Pikeville, died Tuesday, July 5, 2011. She was a Christian and a long-standing member of Cold Springs Church of Christ. She was taught in the Bledsoe County School System.

Farmer was preceded in death by her husband, Howard F. Farmer and one brother, Clarence Brown.

She is survived by a daughter, Ann (Ray) Bell of Franklin; a son, Charles (Flora) Farmer of Knoxville; two grandsons, David (Connie) Farmer and Martin (Kathy) Farmer; five great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild; sister Blanch Weaver of Pikeville; two sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Brown of Pikeville and Mamie Ruth Patton of Signal Mountain.

Funeral Services were held July 8 in the chapel with Minister Dennis Smith officiating. Burial was in Pikeville cemetery.
