Lucy Harvey Worthington

Lucy Harvey Worthington, 48, passed away June 24, 2011 at Erlanger Bledsoe Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her son, Donald Lee Keith, Jr.; parents, Lucy (Buck) Taylor and Marie Harvey; and a brother, Taylor G. Harvey.

She is survived by her husband, Coy Worthington; sons, Conred Tilson, Joshua Tilson, and Joseph Tilson; brothers, Larry Yother and Taylor G. Harvey; and  sister, Gaynell Campbell.

Services were held in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, June 28. Burial was in Pikeville Cemetery.
