Hailey Lashay Freeman-Sweeney

Hailey Lashay Freeman-Sweeney, 1, of Tullahoma, died accidentally on June 6, 2011. She was born August 14, 2009 to Dillon Sweeney and Aerial Freeman.

She was preceded in death by maternal great-grandparents, Leroy Smith and Betty Jean Stafford, and maternal grandfather, Johnny Freeman.

She is survived by her mother, Ariel Freeman; father, Dylan Sweeney; maternal grandmother, Janet “Ganny” Freeman and step-maternal grandfather, Edward Dodson; paternal grandparents, James “Papy” Sweeney and Felisha “Nana” Ryan, and Ann “Nana” Matis; paternal great-grandmother, Allene Songer; step-paternal great-grandfather, Joseph Songer; paternal great-grandfather, Ray Kerr; uncles, Jonathan Freeman and Dustin Sweeney; aunts, Katie Matis, Shyan Sweeney, Jaime Sweeney, Daphne Freeman, and Amanda Sweeney; and several cousins.

Funeral services were held in the funeral home chapel on June 8.
