DOROTHY MYERS WORTHINGTON

Dorothy Myers Worthington, 70, of Lebanon, formerly of Pikeville, died Thursday, March 31, 2011. She was a member of Powell Grove Church of Christ and retired from Clover Bottom Developmental Center in Nashville.

She was preceded in death by husband, Charles Worthington; parents, Grace and Leonard Myers; and brother, David Myers.

Survivors include daughters, Sandra (Bruce) Essary of Nashville and Melody (James) Lightcap of Lebanon; son, Randy (Mikki) Worthington of Lebanon; three grandchildren, Jamie Worthington, Adam Essary, and Paden Worthington; great-grandchildren Madison Pryor and Adrianna Essary; sister, Linda Scarbrough of Pikeville; brother, J. T. Myers of Crossville. 

Services were held April 3 with Bro. Tony Britt officiating. Burial was in Worthington Cemetery.
