Vinnie Mae Smith Mathely

    Vinnie Mae Smith Mathely, age 78, of Graysville, TN, died Tuesday, December 28, 2010. She was preceded in death by husband Woodrow Mathely; parents, Fred and Lillie Smith; brother, Emmit Smith; three sisters, Eva Mae Sitz, Velva Pearson and Dianna Louallen.

    She is survived by son, Jerry Don Farabee; three sisters, Martha (Ellis) Grant, Dunlap, Melba (Lamon) Rice, Greenville, TN, Ova Lee Sanford, Pensacola, FL; a very special friend, Neavon Hatfield, Signal Mountain; several nieces and nephews. Serving as pallbearers were Raymond Smith, Mike Bennett, Russell Cooley, Justin Cooley, Tommy Louallen and Leslie Smith. Honorary Pallbearer, Neavon Hatfield.

    Funeral services were held Friday, January 7, 2011 in the funeral home chapel with Minister Byron Henderson and Matthew Henderson officiating. Burial was in the Bud Smith Cemetery.
