Euphemia Kelly Hurd

    Euphemia Kelly Hurd, 81, of Dunlap died Friday morning, December 3, 2101 in the Bledsoe County Nursing Home. She was a member of the Dunlap United Methodist Church and the Garden Club.

    She was preceded in death by her husband Hoyt Hurd; granddaughter Megan Cline; sisters Wilma Green, Georgia Cooke and Gene Kelly; brother Jim Tom Kelly.

    She is survived by three daughters, Vivian (Johnny) Smith of Slidell, Louisiana, Emeretta (Alvin) Cline, and Tammy (Carnez) Skyles; two sons, Larry Hurd of Dunlap and Allan (Tammi) Hurd of Pikeville; four grandchildren Brian and Justin Smith, Kelly Williams and Mollie Skyles; two great-grandchildren Emily and Jaydan Williams; two sisters Betty Jo Hamilton of Pikeville, Helen Cox of Dayton; and several nieces and nephews.

    Funeral services were held December 5 in the funeral home Chapel with Rev. Randy Harmon officiating. Burial was in Hurd Cemetery.
